Founder & Managing Director

Colleen is an entrepreneurial, solution-and-results-orientated practicing attorney; resilient with a broad legal background, exceeding 18 (eighteen) years’ post-admission, in the practice areas of conveyancing & property law & notarial work; regulatory & compliance; litigation & debt collection and commercial law. Colleen completed her B.Proc degree at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 1998 and was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in February 2001, whereafter she commenced practicing for her own account on 01 March 2001, and have been in private practice since then. Colleen is an admitted conveyancer and notary public.


LLB || Admitted Attorney & Conveyancer

Senior Associate

Shandré completed her LLB degree at the University of Stellenbosch in 2013. She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa, Cape Division during March 2016 and was subsequently admitted as a conveyancer in May 2017. Shandre has experience in mortgage bond registrations, bond cancellations, property transfers and litigation.

Candidate Attorney

Amukelani completed his LLB degree at the University of South Africa. In addition, he holds a B-tech degree in business administration and a diploma in Information Technology (IT) which was obtained from Tshwane University of Technology. Utilizing these qualifications, Amukelani has gained extensive experience in the legal, banking, procurement and housing industries respectively. Amukelani is currently serving articles at Smith Bekwa Inc.



Candidate Attorney

In 2017, Ntsako graduated with an LLB degree from the University of South Africa. Having 8 years’ experience working in medium to large sized companies including the banking industry, she gained extensive experience in the Finance industry. Ntsako is currently serving articles with Smith Bekwa Inc. Ntsako is due to sit for conveyancing admission examination in September 2019 and further aspires to enrol for a Masters degree in Tax Law in 2020.


B.A (Social Work) || LLB || Attorney

Senior Consultant

Felicia graduated with a B.A Social Work and LLB from the University of the Western Cape and was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa during February 2002. Felicia has 15 years’ post-admission experience and specialises in employment law and legislative and regulatory review, with vast experience in all aspects of employment law, including chairing disciplinary enquiries and providing HR/ labour input to clients on corporate restructuring.


Practice Manager

Ntshepiseng is the firm’s practice manager and is currently studying towards her LLB at the University of South Africa. Ntshepiseng has five years of experience in the legal practice and commenced her career at Smith Bekwa as an administrator. In January 2018, Ntshepiseng was promoted to the position of practice manager.


Operations Manager

Shereen is the firm’s operations manager and has over 17 years’ experience working in various roles within Finance, Training, Software Project delivery and Client Relationship Management. Her role covers most aspects of managing the back-office delivery of our services including Client Relationships, Business Development, IT, HR and Marketing. Our attorneys can focus on pressing legal issues knowing that our financial, communication and technical aspects of the firm’s operations are in the safest of hands.
